- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
